The Brief
An AI assistant that’s going to automate insurance and other compliance within the US healthcare system.
The Brand
VoiceCare AI was an interesting project that came to us at the advent of the AI-fication of everything. The current healthcare systems that exist in the US take painfully long to do anything and there are a handful of players trying to combat it, one of them being Voicecare.
As the brand was at the convergence of AI and healthcare administration, we had to ensure it looks and sounds the part. Visually the brand is sleek, incorporating gradients as a common tangent across its assets. When it comes to the copy, our direct audience was healthcare administrators as the business is B2B, hence we needed to be very benefit-forward while incorporating keywords used within the industry.
The brand also has an AI assistant of its own that takes care of a lot of calling and automation aptly named Joy. The administrators can interact with her and schedule calls via a dashboard, which was also designed as an extension to the brand.
